Terms and Conditions

1. About Prematcher

Prematcher is a UK-facing football statistics, analytics and editorial website available at https://prematcher.com.

Prematcher is operated under the name Prematcher.

Prematcher is not currently VAT registered.

In these Terms, “Prematcher”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Prematcher. “You” and “user” mean any person who visits, creates an account, starts a trial, subscribes to PRO Member access, reads articles or uses the website.

2. Age restriction

Prematcher is intended for users aged 18 or over only.

By using Prematcher, creating an account, starting a trial or buying a subscription, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you must not use Prematcher.

3. What Prematcher provides

Prematcher provides football statistics, historical data, analytical tools, fixtures, results, league pages, team pages, fixture pages, match-card information, editorial articles and related football information.

Prematcher is provided for football information, statistics and analysis purposes only.

Prematcher is not a bookmaker, betting exchange, casino, gambling operator, staking tool, bet-placement tool, financial adviser, investment adviser, betting adviser or tipster service.

Prematcher does not:

• accept bets;
• place bets;
• process stakes;
• process winnings;
• provide gambling facilities;
• guarantee football outcomes;
• guarantee betting outcomes;
• guarantee profit or returns;
• provide betting advice;
• provide financial, investment, legal, tax or accounting advice.

Football outcomes are uncertain. Past performance, historical trends and statistics cannot guarantee future results.

4. Accounts

Some features require a Prematcher account. To create and use an account, you must provide accurate information, keep your login details secure and not allow anyone else to use your account.

Prematcher accounts are live and may include email verification, password reset and a user account area.

You are responsible for all activity on your account unless the activity was caused by Prematcher’s failure to use reasonable care or by something outside your control.

You must not:

• share your account login details;
• resell, rent or transfer account access;
• share paid PRO Member access with other people;
• use another person’s account;
• try to bypass access controls;
• scrape, copy, harvest or extract data at scale;
• interfere with the security or normal operation of the website;
• use automation, bots, scripts or tools to overload or misuse the service;
• use Prematcher unlawfully or in a way that harms Prematcher, other users or third parties.

5. Account deletion

You may delete your account through your account area where that feature is available.

When you delete your account, Prematcher will remove or anonymise active account data where reasonably possible. However, limited records may still be retained where needed for legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, payment dispute, backup, audit, support or legitimate business reasons.

Account deletion does not automatically require Stripe, banks, card issuers, analytics providers, email providers or other third-party providers to delete records that they must keep under their own legal obligations or terms.

6. Account restriction, suspension or termination

Prematcher does not currently operate a complex account suspension process. However, Prematcher may restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary, including where we believe that:

• you have breached these Terms;
• you have shared paid access;
• payment has failed or your subscription is not active;
• there has been fraud, abuse, scraping, security risk or attempted access-control circumvention;
• continued access creates legal, technical, security, operational or data-provider risk;
• we are required to do so by law or by a service provider.

Where reasonable, Prematcher may contact you about the issue. In urgent security, legal, payment or misuse situations, restriction may happen immediately.

7. PRO Member subscription

Prematcher offers paid subscription access under the name PRO Member.

The current PRO Member price is £20 per month, unless the checkout page clearly shows a different price or promotion before you subscribe.

PRO Member access gives access to additional Prematcher statistics, data-analysis features, premium tools or paid areas shown on the website or checkout flow. The exact free and paid feature split may change over time, but any material subscription change will be made clear where reasonable.

A PRO Member subscription does not guarantee:

• data accuracy;
• website availability at all times;
• match outcomes;
• betting outcomes;
• financial returns;
• profit;
• loss avoidance;
• any particular result.

8. Free trial

Eligible users may receive 3 days of free PRO Member access.

A card or payment method is required before the trial starts. Stripe Checkout collects the payment details.

You will not be charged during the 3-day trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will renew automatically at £20 per month until cancelled.

To avoid the first monthly charge, cancel before the trial ends.

9. Payments through Stripe

Prematcher uses Stripe Checkout and Stripe Billing Portal for subscription payment and billing management.

Card details are collected and processed by Stripe. Prematcher does not collect or store your full card number or card security code on its own servers.

Prematcher may store limited Stripe-related records needed to provide and manage your subscription, such as customer ID, subscription ID, checkout session ID, invoice references, payment status, subscription status, trial status, trial end date, renewal period, cancellation status and related support records.

Stripe may process your payment information under its own terms and privacy notice.

10. Renewal

Unless cancelled, PRO Member subscriptions renew automatically each month after the trial or paid billing period.

You are responsible for cancelling before the next charge if you do not want the subscription to renew.

11. Cancellation

You may cancel your PRO Member subscription through your Prematcher account area, through the Stripe Billing Portal where available, or by contacting support@prematcher.com.

Cancellation stops future subscription renewals.

Based on Prematcher’s current setup, cancellation stops PRO Member access immediately. Your normal Prematcher account may remain available unless you delete it.

If you contact support very close to a renewal time, a charge may already be pending or processed before support can act. The account area or Stripe Billing Portal is usually the fastest cancellation method.

12. Failed payments

If a payment fails or your Stripe subscription status becomes unpaid, past due, cancelled, incomplete or otherwise inactive, Prematcher may restrict or remove PRO Member access.

Stripe may send payment-related notices or allow you to update your payment method. Any payment retry behaviour, grace period or automated notice timing may depend on Stripe settings and Prematcher’s billing configuration.

Unless Prematcher clearly states otherwise at checkout or in your account area, no grace period is guaranteed after a failed payment.

13. Refunds and consumer rights

Refunds and cancellation rights are explained in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Prematcher PRO Member access is digital access to online statistics, analysis tools and website features. Where immediate digital access is provided, cancellation and refund rights may be affected where permitted by law and where the required information, consent and acknowledgement have been provided.

14. Data accuracy and availability

Prematcher uses third-party data sources, API data, local database processing, website systems and manual/editorial work. Football data may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, inaccurate, corrected later or affected by match changes, fixture changes, API limits, sync delays, technical issues, provider errors or human error.

Prematcher may update, correct, recalculate, restrict, remove or replace data or features where reasonably necessary.

Prematcher does not guarantee that the website, any match data, any PRO Member feature or any article will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free or complete.

15. No betting service and no professional advice

Prematcher is not a betting service.

Prematcher does not recommend bets, tell users what to bet on, place bets for users or provide staking advice.

Any decision you make after viewing Prematcher data or content is your own responsibility.

Nothing on Prematcher is financial, investment, betting, gambling, legal, tax, accounting or professional advice.

16. Intellectual property

The Prematcher website design, layout, branding, text, original editorial content, original presentation, tools and code are owned by or licensed to Prematcher unless stated otherwise.

You must not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, download at scale, redistribute, sell, resell, mirror, frame, create a competing database from or commercially exploit Prematcher content without written permission, except where allowed by law.

17. Third-party names, logos, data and rights

Football club names, league names, competition names, team names, player names, logos, crests, trademarks, data and other identifiers may belong to their respective owners.

Their appearance on Prematcher is for identification, information and analysis purposes only and does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, licence, affiliation or official connection unless expressly stated.

Prematcher’s use of third-party data, logos or identifiers must remain subject to the relevant provider terms, rights-holder terms and applicable law.

18. Changes to Prematcher

Prematcher may update, improve, change, restrict, suspend or discontinue features, free access, paid access, article formats, data displays, account features or subscription features.

Where a material change affects paid users, Prematcher will take reasonable steps to make the change clear.

19. Liability

Prematcher does not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Subject to the above, Prematcher is not responsible for:

• betting losses;
• trading losses;
• financial losses caused by decisions made using football data;
• inaccurate, delayed, incomplete or unavailable football data;
• third-party provider failures;
• payment provider issues outside Prematcher’s control;
• unauthorised use of your account caused by your failure to keep login details secure;
• events outside Prematcher’s reasonable control;
• loss caused by misuse of the website.

20. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also have mandatory rights in the place where you live.
