Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Subscriptions

Prematcher subscriptions provide access to paid football statistics, data-analysis tools, and related digital content. The subscription price, billing period, renewal date, and included access should be shown before payment.

2. Cancelling a subscription

You may cancel your subscription using the account area where available or by contacting support@prematcher.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically delete your account.

3. Renewal

If a subscription renews automatically, the renewal terms should be made clear before payment. To avoid a future renewal charge, cancel before the next billing date.

4. Cooling-off and digital content

Where consumer cancellation rights apply, Prematcher will honour those rights. If you ask Prematcher to provide immediate access to paid digital content during a cancellation period, you may lose the right to cancel once access begins where permitted by law. This wording must be confirmed before launch.

5. Refunds

Refund requests can be sent to support@prematcher.com. Refund eligibility may depend on legal rights, payment-provider rules, whether access has started, duplicate payments, technical issues, billing errors, or other fair-use factors.

6. Failed payments and chargebacks

If payment fails, is reversed, or is disputed, Prematcher may suspend or restrict paid access while the issue is resolved.

7. Technical issues

If you cannot access paid features because of a technical issue, contact support. Prematcher may investigate and, where appropriate, restore access, extend access, or consider a refund.
