Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. Purpose
This policy explains how cancellations and refund requests are handled for PRO Member access.
It does not remove any consumer rights that cannot legally be removed.
2. Cancellation during the 3-day free trial
You can cancel during the 3-day free trial.
To avoid the first monthly charge, cancel before the trial ends.
The fastest cancellation methods are normally the Prematcher account area or Stripe Billing Portal. You may also contact support@prematcher.com, but if you contact support very close to the trial end, a payment may already be pending or processed before support can act.
3. Cancellation after payment
You can cancel after payment.
Based on the current setup, cancellation stops PRO Member access immediately and stops future renewals.
Cancellation does not automatically delete your Prematcher account.
4. Refund requests
Refund requests can be sent to:
Prematcher will review refund requests fairly, case by case, and in line with applicable law, payment-provider rules and the circumstances.
Refunds may be considered where:
- required by law;
- there has been a duplicate payment;
- there has been a billing error;
- there was an unauthorised charge;
- Prematcher caused a significant technical access issue that prevented use of paid access;
- there is another fair reason.
5. Situations where refunds may be refused
Except where required by law, refunds will not normally be provided for:
- betting losses;
- financial losses;
- decisions made using Prematcher data;
- a change of mind after using PRO Member digital access;
- failure to cancel before trial end or renewal;
- issues caused by user device, connection, browser, payment card, bank or third-party service outside Prematcher’s control;
- account restriction caused by breach of the Terms.
6. Digital access and cooling-off rights
PRO Member is digital access to online football statistics, analytical tools and website features.
Where you request immediate digital access, your statutory cancellation and refund rights may be affected where permitted by law and where the required pre-contract information, consent and acknowledgement have been provided.

7. Refund timing
If a refund is approved, the time it takes to appear may depend on Stripe, your card issuer, your bank or your payment method.
