This Privacy Policy explains how Prematcher collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit the website, create an account, verify your email, reset your password, use your account area, start a PRO Member trial, buy a subscription, contact support, receive emails or use Prematcher features.

Depending on the situation, Prematcher may rely on:

Contract To create accounts, provide requested website features, manage PRO Member access, process subscriptions, provide support and handle cancellation/refund requests.

7. Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe.

Prematcher does not collect or store full card numbers or card security codes on its own servers.

Stripe may process your payment details, store your payment method and process recurring subscription payments under Stripe’s own terms and privacy notice.

Prematcher may store limited Stripe-related records needed to provide subscription access and support.

8. Cookies and analytics

Prematcher uses cookies and similar technologies as explained in the Cookie Policy.

Strictly necessary cookies may be used for login, security, account access, subscription access, cookie choices and payment flow support.

Google Analytics is currently used on Prematcher public pages to understand website performance and usage. It may collect page views, approximate location, device/browser information, referral source and interaction information. Analytics data is used to improve Prematcher and understand which public football pages, match data and news content are useful.

9. Marketing and newsletter emails

Prematcher may send newsletter or marketing emails only where you have opted in or where otherwise lawfully permitted.

You can unsubscribe using the unsubscribe link in marketing emails, where available, or by contacting support@prematcher.com.

Essential service emails, such as account, security, subscription, trial, payment or cancellation messages, are not marketing emails and may still be sent where needed to provide the service.

10. Sharing personal data

Prematcher may share limited personal data with trusted service providers where necessary, including:

  • hosting providers;
  • payment providers, including Stripe;
  • email and newsletter providers;
  • analytics providers, including Google Analytics where enabled;
  • security, anti-spam or technical providers where used;

  • public authorities, regulators, courts or law-enforcement bodies where legally required.

Prematcher does not sell personal data to advertisers.

Prematcher does not currently use advertising cookies, affiliate tracking or bookmaker affiliate links.

11. International transfers

Some providers may process personal data outside the UK.

Where this happens, Prematcher will seek to use appropriate safeguards where required, such as UK adequacy regulations, approved contractual protections or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

12. Retention

Prematcher keeps personal data only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

Retention may depend on the type of data and the reason it is held. For example:

  • account data is normally kept while your account exists;

Prematcher keeps retention periods under review and documents specific retention periods as the service develops.

13. Account deletion

You may delete your account through your account area where available.

Deletion removes or anonymises active account data where reasonably possible, but limited records may be retained where needed for legal, tax, accounting, payment, refund, fraud-prevention, security, backup, dispute or legitimate business reasons.

14. Your rights

Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, you may have rights to:

No online service can guarantee absolute security.

17. Changes to this Privacy Policy

Prematcher may update this Privacy Policy when the website, account features, subscription features, providers, cookies, analytics, legal requirements or data practices change.
