Acceptable Use Policy
1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy explains rules for using Prematcher accounts, free content, PRO Member access and website features.
2. You must not
You must not:
- use Prematcher if you are under 18;
- use Prematcher unlawfully;
- share, sell, rent or transfer your account;
- share paid PRO Member access;
- bypass paywalls or access controls;
- scrape, harvest, crawl or extract data at scale;
- use bots, scripts or automated systems without written permission;
- overload or disrupt the website;
- attempt unauthorised access;
- test or attack security without permission;
- copy, resell or redistribute Prematcher data;
- use Prematcher branding or content to create confusion;
- submit false, misleading or harmful information;
- use Prematcher in a way that infringes third-party rights.
3. Enforcement
If Prematcher reasonably believes this policy has been breached, it may restrict, suspend or terminate access, remove features, block technical access, contact you, request information or take other reasonable action.
In urgent security, legal, technical, payment or misuse cases, action may be immediate.
